El Sancho is a fast fun DIY punk band from the Big Island of Hawaii. They’ve been playing together since 2019 and are about to release their third album. We’d love for you to check it out and consider it for airplay, review, a feature, or to just hear what you think of it.
Heads Up! comes out on Bandcamp, Spotify and other digital platforms June 16th, with a vinyl release following August 1st. The nine-song LP kicks off with the minute-thirty banger “You’re Dead!” and then plows through a plethora of grievances including white supremacy, shitty parents and social media obsessions before ending on a song about isolation co-written by guitarist Alan Kasameyer’s 7-year-old son, “I’m Unhappy to Live on Earth”. The album was mixed by Craig Billmeier (The Love Songs, World Air Guitar Champion) and mastered by Jack Endino (Nirvana, Soundgarden).
